These are updated and deployed automatically. We host many NiiVue examples via github pages. The primary aim of NiiVue is to translate the features of the widely used native desktop applications ( MRIcroGL, Surfice) to their web-based equivalents. #SEMANTIC UI DEVDOCS HOW TO#
Our web-based user interface implementation (under development) will demonstrate how to integrate NiiVue into a more comprehensive VueJS, React and Angular projects. However, developers who wish to build custom user interfaces around the NiiVue canvas can manipulate the rendered images and change settings via the API. This core package does not include a comprehensive user interface outside of the canvas (e.g. NiiVue includes many mouse and keyboard interactions that enable browsing and manipulating images displayed in the canvas. The NiiVue package is intented to be used by individuals developing interactive web pages related to showing nifti and other formats popular in neuroimaging.

We have additional projects under development that will demonstrate a web-based user interface implementation, and a desktop application built using web technologies. This repository contains the core NiiVue package. NiiVue is a WebGL 2.0 medical image viewer.
